Administration

The general assembly : 

• It is composed of all the members of the Association.
• It is the supreme organ of the Association.
• It is sovereign and has the mission of electing the members of the board of directors and the auditors.

APRORESCO Education is managed by a board of directors of six (6) members elected by the general assembly, to which are added the executive director, the project manager and the advisors. The elected members of the board of directors are: 

• the President;
• the Vice President;
• the Secretary General;
• the Deputy Secretary General;
• the Treasurer;
• the internal auditor;

Their attributions are determined by the administrative regulations. The functioning of the organization is based on the respect of a code of ethics adopted by the General Assembly.
